Description:

The goal of this program is to enable children to read and write basic English skills through a structured approach called 4 Step Phonics. This curriculum integrates teacher-led video lessons with interactive quizzes to facilitate learning.

The 4 Step Phonics consists of 62 video lessons complemented by 1,240 quizzes, organized into four progressive levels:
<ul>
<li>Step 1: Alphabet and Single Letter Sounds – 12 video lessons and 240 quizzes</li>
<li>Step 2: Short Vowel Sounds – 14 video lessons and 280 quizzes</li>
<li>Step 3: Long Vowel Sounds – 19 video lessons and 380 quizzes</li>
<li>Step 4: Two-Letter Consonant Combinations – 17 video lessons and 340 quizzes</li>
</ul>

Children typically follow the sequence:
<ol>
<li>Select a lesson</li>
<li>Watch an embedded video lesson (sourced from the LucyMax YouTube Channel)</li>
<li>Complete related quizzes based on the video content</li>
<li>Review their quiz scores</li>
</ol>

A practical recommendation is to reward children with small prizes once they attain certain milestones, such as achieving a specific point total (e.g., 1,000 points), to motivate continual engagement.

The LucyMax 4 Step Phonics App also offers story reading lessons across multiple levels, including:
